Spring Steel Wire Mesh Manufacturer & Supplier
Engineered in Howrah • Heavy-Duty Screening Media for Mining, Quarries & Aggregates Across India
SAI INDUSTRIES is a leading manufacturer of high-tensile Spring Steel Wire Mesh, specially engineered to handle extreme impact, abrasive wear, and heavy dynamic loads. Manufactured at our advanced production unit in Howrah, West Bengal, our spring steel woven wire screens are fabricated using high-carbon spring steel wire (Grade C/Mn steel) with uniform weave tension to maximize throughput and operational life in severe screening environments.
Designed specifically for high-frequency vibrating screens, stone crushers, coal washeries, and mineral processing plants, our Spring Steel wire mesh prevents pegging, blinding, and structural fatigue under heavy vibration. We offer double crimp, intermediate crimp, lock crimp, and flat-top weaves across various wire diameters and aperture sizes, delivering custom solutions for mining, construction, and industrial aggregate sorting across Kolkata, West Bengal, and pan-India supply networks.
High-tensile Grade C spring steel wire • Precision crimp weaving • Factory-direct supply from Howrah, WB.

Core Engineering Advantages
SUPERIOR ABRASION & IMPACT RESISTANCE
High-carbon steel metallurgy withstands continuous abrasive scraping and heavy boulder drops without premature wire fracture.
HIGH VIBRATIONAL FATIGUE STRENGTH
Resilient spring properties absorb high-frequency mechanical vibration, preventing metal fatigue and wire displacement.
PRECISION SIZING & HIGH THROUGHPUT
Rigid lock-crimp geometry preserves consistent aperture dimensions, maximizing grading efficiency and material output.
ANTI-PEGGING & ANTI-BLINDING DESIGN
Custom weave choices maintain continuous material movement, minimizing damp particle buildup and mesh clogging.
